SADA Governance

 

SADA is registered as a Non-Profit Company (NPC) in terms of the new Companies Act and the management and control of the company is vested in a Board of Directors, supported by sub-committees and the SADA management team.

 

National Council
 is the elected representative body of the members, consisting of 30 councillors from 11 branches.

 

The Board of Directors
 are elected by National Council and consist of nine directors, of which eight are non-executive and the CEO as executive director.
